Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, collection launches, promotional events, or periods of unusually high order volume.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Fridays, Saturdays, or official public holidays in Israel.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:
Israel: 2–7 business days
International: 7–21 business days, depending on the destination country and shipping carrier.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs procedures, courier operations, weather conditions, strikes, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of House of YYY.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated automatically during checkout and are displayed before payment is completed.
From time to time, House of YYY may offer free shipping promotions, subject to the terms published on the website.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other governmental charges imposed by the destination country.
House of YYY is not responsible for customs-related delays or additional charges.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is complete and accurate before placing an order.
House of YYY is not responsible for deliveries that cannot be completed due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be reshipped.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your shipment has been significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our customer support team.
Should the shipping carrier officially confirm that a package has been lost in transit, House of YYY will review the case and, where appropriate, arrange either a replacement shipment or a refund.

Delivered but Not Received

If the carrier marks your package as delivered but you are unable to locate it, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will gladly assist in opening an investigation with the shipping carrier; however, we cannot guarantee reimbursement where the carrier confirms successful delivery to the shipping address provided.

Handmade Products

Some House of YYY products are handmade.
Minor variations in color, texture, weaving, finish, or craftsmanship are natural characteristics of handmade products and should not be considered defects.

We make every effort to display product colors as accurately as possible.
However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen, device, or display settings.
