Warranty Policy

At YYY, we are committed to the quality of our products and stand behind every item we create. This Warranty Policy outlines the warranty coverage provided for YYY products. Nothing in this policy limits or affects any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable Israeli law.

YYY provides a limited warranty for 12 months from the original date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects only.

A manufacturing defect is a flaw in materials or workmanship that existed at the time the product was manufactured and that affects its intended functionality or structural integrity during normal and reasonable use.

Examples may include defective stitching, a handle detached due to faulty assembly, defective hardware (such as zippers, buckles or rivets), or a significant material defect resulting from the manufacturing process.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, scuffs, fading, stains, damage resulting from misuse or use inconsistent with the product's intended purpose, accidental damage, excessive loads, exposure to water, humidity, chemicals or extreme temperatures, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or damage caused by third parties.

YYY products are handmade using woven recycled plastic materials. Slight variations in weaving, color, texture, finish or pattern placement are natural characteristics of the manufacturing process, make each product unique, and are not considered manufacturing defects.

To submit a warranty claim, please contact YYY Customer Service and provide proof of purchase, photographs of the product, and a brief description of the issue. Where reasonably necessary, YYY may request that the product be returned for inspection.

If a manufacturing defect covered by this warranty is confirmed, YYY will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the circumstances and applicable law, which may include repair, replacement, or another suitable solution.

This Warranty Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Nothing in this policy limits any rights granted to consumers under applicable law.
